I made this album for my guest design team spot at Magistical Memories and I just love how it came out. I used a challenge from the Design Experiment to get started and it just flowed from there. I used one of the new clear albums from Magistical, and combined it with a chipboard album, and there you have it.

I really love how it turned out. I'm not a big mini album gal, so this was a big step for me.
I also wanted to share one of my new fav pages. It was created for the Sketch This! number 51. I really REALLY love this page. The sketch was just pefect for the picture, or I guess the picture was perfect for the sketch. Either way, it's my fav page right now.
OK, I'm off to puppy training. Don't know that it's really working, but whatever! Hope everyone is having a great week.

Sketch This! RAK and what NOT to do when you're dieting.
Yep, Sketch This! is having a fabulous RAK. Janelle has created her 50th fabulous sketch sp hop on over there and take a look-see. There's some great goodies to be had.
This is my take on the sketch, which, of course, I LOVED!
Now, I don't know if you've ever made these before, but don't do it with swimsuit season so close. I know I ate at least half of the pan while making these, and they were scruptious. I don't think they lasted 2 days.
Indoor Smores
Ingredients:
8 cups golden grahams cereal (one 13 oz box)
1 1/2 cups Nestle toll house milk chocolate chips
6 cups miniature marshmallows (one 10 oz bag)
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup light corn syrup, optional
Melt 5 cups marshmallows (save 1 cup for later), all the chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat Stir in vanilla. Butter rectangular pan (13″x9″x2″)
Pour golden grahams cereal into a large bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows.
Press mixture into pan with buttered back of spoon. Cool until as firm as you’d like. Cut into 24 bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Eveyone have a great weekend! I am going to post first communion pictures soon, and some new pics of the sweet doggie!

A very quick before I leave for work post...
but I have just great, GREAT news! The wonderful Bucket emailed me and asked me if I would be a guest designer for the amazing Magistical Memories!!!!!!!!!! UMMMMMMMMM, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their chipboard totally ROCKS! Really, I'm not just saying that. I have finshed one LO and have another in the works. They have also released clear albums that are so cool! Here is the LO I have finished. If you get a chance to pop over to the site, take some time to look around because there are some serious talented peeps over there.
Have a great Tuesday!

WHERE is my mojo??????
OK, I seriously have nothing. NOTHING!! I am so uninspired it isn't funny, and I have layouts to prove it. The two I posted on the last post...UGH!! And now I have another one...UGH. I did it for the challenge at The Design Experiment. My great friend Leslie Ashe came up with the challenge, and I knew immediately what I wanted to scrap. Below is the LO, and although I'm not crazy about it, I really love that I scrapped this about myself.
Now, back to my mojo, please, PLEASE send me some creative vibes, because I have some cool stuff coming up that I defintely want to pull out all the stops for. More on that soon....
Enjoy your Saturday...I'm going to try to scrap the night away.

Some news and a new LO...
So I decided to try out for the Sketch This! (link over here on the right--->) design team and was thrilled when Janelle told me I made it! She sent us our first sketch, and this is the LO I did using it. I LOVE her sketches, and am just so excited to be working with them.
Here is the LO I did when Georgia had her peanut challenge. My scanner is scanning this really blue for some reason??? Anyhoo...you can get the idea!
I also have a couple of little secrets that I'm going to be working on soon. And, yes, I'm still knee-deep in 'puppy life'. She's getting better, so I really can't complain.
Love you all!!!

Sing it with me..."ALL NIGHT LONG"
Yep, she did it, my sweet little pup slept from 11-8 this morning. This was, of course, after she had an accident in her crate...grrrrr! But her sleeping all night made it worth it.
I have a layout to share. This one is my kids loving NYC:
I'm working on a couple of others that I will share later this week. Hope everyone is rooting for the Caps in the hockey Stanley Cup playoffs!!!

Just a quick layout to share
Did my first Lily layout (it's really straight, I promise). I'm sure it will be the first of many. She's doing much better...only getting up once a night. We're now going to have to start working on the seperation anxiety. OYE!!!
In better news, we found out that Georgia is NOT allergic to peanuts anymore. WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! She has happily enjoyed her first peanutbutter and jelly sandwhich. That LO is coming soon. I know there are many of you out there dealing with children and their food allergies, so know that my heart goes out to you.
Don't forget to say HI when you drop by. Hope everyone has a great week!
